Rkgg Affiliate Program

The Rkgg Affiliate Program (the Program) governs participation by third parties in promoting Rkgg’s sportsbook, casino, live casino and poker offerings. This Agreement sets out the terms for eligibility, traffic definitions, compensation, reporting, payments, and compliance.

Definitions

  • Affiliate means the person or entity applying to participate in the Program and approved by Rkgg.
  • Affiliate Account means the account created for and controlled by the Affiliate upon approval to participate in the Program.
  • New Customer means a first-time depositor referred by the Affiliate who meets the minimum criteria defined in the Product Terms.
  • Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) means all monies received by Rkgg from Customers referred by the Affiliate, after deductions for winnings returned to Players, bonuses issued, administration fees, refunds, chargebacks, fraud costs, and applicable taxes, and only to the extent attributable to referred Customers.
  • Commission Structures means the compensation frameworks expressly agreed between Rkgg and the Affiliate, including Revenue Share, CPA and Hybrid models.
  • Affiliate Wallet means the online account used to receive commissions and related payments from Rkgg, which may be withdrawn in accordance with the Agreement.
  • Product Terms means the current terms and conditions governing Rkgg’s sportsbook, casino, live casino and poker products.

Eligibility and Onboarding

To participate, the Affiliate must submit a complete Application, provide accurate information, and comply with applicable laws. Rkgg may perform identity, address, and business verifications and may request documents such as government-issued identification, proof of address, or corporate registration details. Participation is subject to approval in Rkgg’s sole discretion. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to market online gaming in their jurisdiction. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Rkgg or its related entities are ineligible.

Affiliate Obligations

Affiliates shall promote Rkgg in a professional manner using only approved marketing materials and shall clearly identify the relationship with Rkgg. Affiliates shall not engage in deceptive, unlawful, or misleading marketing practices, including promotions that involve underage gambling or non-compliant jurisdictions. Affiliates shall not engage in traffic that is incentivized in a manner prohibited by law or policy, and shall maintain accurate records of referred traffic and conversions.

Tracking, Reporting and Attribution

Rkgg will supply tracking links and access to performance dashboards. Traffic and conversions are attributed to the Affiliate on a last-click basis in accordance with the applicable Commission Structure. The Program provides detailed reporting, including impressions, clicks, sign-ups and deposits, and event-level data. Eligible Affiliates may receive API reporting and postback capabilities to enable real-time tracking and reconciliation.

Commission Structures

Compensation models may include Revenue Share, CPA and Hybrid arrangements. The exact rates, thresholds, and eligible products are defined in the current Commission Schedule provided to Affiliates and may be revised by Rkgg with notice. Structures may employ tiered scales based on performance and product mix. Commissions accrue on Net Gaming Revenue generated by Customers referred through the Affiliate’s Tracking Links and do not apply to self-referrals or prohibited activity.

Payouts

Commissions are calculated monthly based on NGR generated by referred Customers in the preceding period and are paid into the Affiliate Wallet within the designated payout window. Payouts are subject to applicable tax withholdings where required by law. Minimum payout thresholds apply as stated in the Agreement. Payments may be made via approved methods, including bank transfer, e-wallets and authorized cryptocurrencies. Deductions for chargebacks, fraud losses, refunds and other permissible adjustments may apply in accordance with the applicable Commission Structure.

Brand, IP and Marketing Materials

Rkgg grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rkgg brand assets solely for promoting the Program in accordance with Brand Guidelines supplied by Rkgg. Affiliates shall not modify brand assets in a way that could mislead Customers or imply sponsorship beyond what is stated in the Agreement. All marketing materials must clearly disclose the Affiliate relationship with Rkgg and include the Affiliate’s tracking links.

Compliance, Verification and Data Protection

Affiliates must comply with applicable laws, including anti‑money laundering, counter‑terrorist financing and privacy rules. Rkgg may perform ongoing verification of Affiliate information and monitor activity for compliance with the Agreement and with responsible gambling obligations. Personal Data processed under the Agreement shall be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Rkgg Privacy Policy. Affiliates are obligated to protect Confidential Information and implement appropriate security measures to safeguard data.

Confidentiality

Each Party shall keep confidential all information designated as such or reasonably understood to be confidential, including performance data, marketing strategies, customer data and technical information. Neither Party shall disclose Confidential Information except as required by law or with the prior written consent of the other Party. This obligation survives termination of the Agreement as defined by the Terms of Service.

Term, Termination and Suspension

The Agreement commences on acceptance of the Affiliate Application and remains in effect until terminated by either Party in accordance with the Terms. Either Party may terminate for material breach or non‑performance following notice and a cure period. Rkgg may suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s access for breach, invalid traffic, fraud, or violation of marketing guidelines. Upon termination, earned but unpaid commissions will be paid in accordance with the payout schedule, subject to deductions permitted by the Terms.

Modifications and Notices

Rkgg may modify the terms of the Program by posting updated terms and providing notice to participating Affiliates. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Support and Contacts

Affiliates receive an assigned Affiliate Manager and access to standard support channels during defined business hours. For matters related to account setup, tracking, payments, or disputes, Affiliates should contact their Affiliate Manager or the Partner Support Channel as provided in the Partner Portal.
