Sports Betting Rules
General Rules
- Settlement of market outcomes is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body or the designated authoritative source. Bets are settled accordingly or voided as described in these rules.
- If the official result has not yet been published, settlement may be delayed until official confirmation is available. In such cases, commonly sourced data may be used at the operator's discretion for settlement when no official result is published.
- Prices or markets published with incorrect information or pricing may be voided or settled at the correct price at the operator's discretion.
- The operator is not obliged to accept bets on advertised prices from third party sources if those prices differ from the live published prices at the time of bet acceptance.
- Markets that are interdependent but not fully accounted for by the system may be voided at the operator's discretion to preserve market integrity.
- Suspected fraud or integrity concerns may lead to suspension of settlement, voidance of affected bets, and withholding of payments pending investigation by the appropriate authorities.
- In the event of a technical interruption to the betting system, bets may be accepted or rejected at the operator's discretion; customers should review their betting history to confirm acceptance after service restoration.
- Video Assistant Referee VAR decisions that conflict with original on pitch decisions and alter the state of play at the time of bet placement may render bets placed in the interim void, unless the specific bet offer's odds remain unaffected by the VAR decision.
- Odds displayed to customers are shown with two decimal places. Total odds are calculated using a higher precision, while the total winnings amount is truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancy is a consequence of the rounding rules described here.
- There is a maximum period of 30 days between initial bet settlement and any subsequent re settlement or correction.
- If a match ends after a designated final minute threshold, markets shall be settled on the full time result; if a match ends earlier, undecided markets may be void. If a match is abandoned or stopped, undecided markets may be void unless the event resumes within the permitted window.
- Market formats such as standard durations and alternative formats are supported. Bets on formats outside the specified duration will be void unless stated otherwise in the market description.
- Outright markets including winner and top positions are subject to the Play or Pay rule: bets on listed participants stand as losses if a listed participant cannot take part; head to head markets are excluded from this rule. If a participant is replaced, team markets may stand while individual markets may be void.
- Dead heat rules apply to tied outcomes. Stakes are shared or settled in accordance with the applicable dead heat provisions described in the market terms.
- Onsite data such as scoreboards and live streams are provided for reference and are not the basis for settlement; official results govern settlement.
- Bets are settled in decimal odds. The operator reserves the right to resettle on a bet by bet basis where an error is detected in the original settlement.
- These sporting rules may be amended at any time. Changes will be published online and apply to all active and future bets; the English version remains the official reference.
Football Soccer Rules
- The official outcome for football markets such as Match Result 1X2 is determined at the end of normal playing time and any additional periods that are deemed part of the normal duration. Markets that explicitly include extra time are settled after overtime; penalty shootouts are not taken into account unless the market description states otherwise.
- If a match is postponed or not started on time, bets may remain open if kickoff occurs within 48 hours of the original start time; otherwise bets on the event may be void and stakes refunded.
- In matches abandoned after kickoff, markets are settled according to the official result available at the time; bets on undecided markets may be void if the event is not resumed within 48 hours.
- For cup competitions and two leg ties, markets may be void for postponed legs if the match is not resumed within 48 hours; outrights and related markets remain subject to the governing rules if the event is completed.
- Outright markets and Play or Pay rules apply to participants in cup and league formats as described in the market terms. If a listed participant does not participate, the outright market may be settled as a loss for that participant; head to head markets are excluded from this rule. If a participant is replaced by another participant, team markets may stand while individual markets may be void.
- The scorer based markets including First Goal Scorer and Anytime Goal Scorer follow standard refinements: if a player does not participate or enters after the first goal, related markets may be void as described in the market description; own goals and other specifics are governed by the official competition rules and the market description.
American Football Rules
- All markets are settled on the official result at the end of the scheduled regulation play unless the market specifies that overtime or other extensions are included. If an official result is not available, bets may be void after a defined period (commonly 48 hours).
- In postponed or abandoned games, bets are void if the event is not resumed within the current scheduled week, unless an official winner is subsequently declared.
- Bet settlement may be void if the event is moved to an alternative venue or if home and away designations are reversed from the advertised arrangement.
- For payout purposes a minimum duration is required for markets to be settled; for example, a specified portion of the game must have been completed for markets to be deemed settled with known results; otherwise, unsettled markets may be void.
- Player specific markets are settled on official statistics; if a player does not participate, the bet is void. Overtime counts for all player prop markets unless the market description excludes overtime.
- Outright markets are settled on the ultimate result of the event as defined by the governing competition; other market structures follow their specific terms.
- Penalties and yardage related settlements do not accrue for post play tallying unless the market description includes such adjustments; apply the play by play rules stated in the market terms.
Other Sports and Events
- For athletics and other listed sports, settlements follow the official result as published by the relevant governing body. If a competitor withdraws or is disqualified, the market is settled in accordance with the governing rules; if the event is abandoned, the market may be void unless an official result is declared.
- In cases of event alteration including format changes or schedule shifts, bets may be void or settled in accordance with the official outcome as described in the market terms.
- Dead heat and tie rules apply where specified; the stake is allocated according to the applicable rules for the market.
