Responsible Gaming Policy

Rkgg is committed to maintaining a safe and sustainable gaming environment. This policy defines the principles, controls, and procedures designed to promote responsible gaming, prevent gambling-related harm, and assist players who seek help.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Participation is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction. Registration requires identity verification using validated documents. Ongoing checks may be performed where lawful and necessary. Access is blocked for any person who cannot meet the minimum age requirement.

Risk Awareness and Self-Monitoring

Players should monitor their gambling activity and recognize risk indicators. If warning signs appear, players should reassess activity or engage protective measures. Rkgg provides resources and tools to support self-monitoring.

  • Spending frequently exceeds the player’s stated budget or personal limits.
  • The player feels compelled to gamble to cope with stress, work pressures, or personal problems.
  • Chasing losses or increasing bet sizes to recover losses becomes routine.
  • Gambling interferes with work, family, or other responsibilities.
  • Irritability, restlessness, or anxiety occurs when not gambling.

Self-Limiting Tools

Players may use self-limiting controls to maintain play within personal means. Tools are accessible through account settings and customer support for configuration and adjustments.

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, adjustments or removals become effective after a 24-hour waiting period. Reductions may be applied at any time; increases or removals after the waiting period follow standard flow.
  • Time-Out: Apply a Time-Out for a period of 1 day to 5 days. During Time-Out, betting and account activity are disabled. Remaining balances may be withdrawn by request. Reactivation occurs automatically after the selected period unless additional action is taken.
  • Session Warnings: Enable in-account prompts and duration alerts to help manage session length.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a binding intervention to restrict access to Rkgg products. The policy provides two tiers of exclusion.

  • Standard Self-Exclusion: Minimum duration of 6 months. During the exclusion, deposits and wagers are blocked. Extensions may be requested in increments of at least 6 months; the initial 6-month period may not be shortened once selected.
  • Comprehensive Self-Exclusion: Permanent and irrevocable exclusion from all Rkgg platforms and products. This status applies across all accounts and prevents new registrations or activations for gambling purposes. The player is encouraged to seek appropriate support services in parallel with exclusion.

Requests for self-exclusion must be submitted in writing to our Responsible Gaming Team. Implementation is completed within a reasonable processing period, after which exclusion restrictions apply for the duration chosen. Reactivation of a self-excluded account requires explicit action and completion of verification procedures.

Protection of Minors

Rkgg does not permit participation by persons under 18 years of age or the applicable legal minimum in the jurisdiction. Age verification is conducted during registration and periodically thereafter. We advise guardians to implement device-level controls to prevent unauthorized access to gambling services by minors.

Data is stored securely, access is restricted to authorized personnel, and retention adheres to applicable laws and internal policies. Personal data is not used for purposes beyond those stated without lawful basis and user consent.

Rkgg will publish material updates to this Responsible Gaming Policy. Changes take effect in accordance with applicable law and internal governance. Players will be notified through in-account messaging and platform announcements where appropriate.
