Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the Rkgg platform and services. By registering, depositing funds or playing on the site you accept these Terms in full. The terms may be updated from time to time and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes. The binding version is the English language version. If you do not agree to these terms you must immediately stop using the services.

Eligibility and Legal Compliance

We may offer two factor authentication as an optional security measure. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account you must notify us immediately. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

The Company may request certified identification documents utility bills payment method proofs and other information. You must provide the requested documents within the period specified or risk suspension or closure of your account and withholding of funds. Account Balance and Funds

Account balances are not bank balances and are not insured. Funds held on the platform are customer funds held in a segregated or otherwise compliant arrangement as required by licensing. Deposits and winnings remain the property of the account holder subject to these Terms. You grant the Company permission to debit your balance to settle amounts due under these Terms and to counteract chargebacks in accordance with the rules.

Deposits

Currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate with any conversion spread borne by the user. Third party deposits are prohibited. Refunds and Reversals

Refunds or reversals follow the Company policy and applicable law. Refund eligibility may depend on the timing and the status of the transaction. Where a transaction is disputed the Company may require identification and evidence before processing a refund. If a refund is issued it may be reversed if funds are subsequently found to have been charged back or originated from an invalid source.

Bonuses and Promotions

You remain responsible for activity on your account during the exclusion period.

Suspension, Termination and Effects on Funds

Upon termination any remaining Real Money balance may be returned after settling all outstanding bets and pending withdrawals in accordance with applicable law and licensing requirements. The Company may withhold or confiscate funds in cases of fraud or breach of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to the operator. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the services shall be resolved through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as determined by the operator. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence where it is not permissible under applicable law.

Changes to Terms
